IF – Intermittent fasting. I do 18 hour fasting. However, you do not necessarily need to go cold turkey. You can start by reducing 1 meal than your normal number of meals. That is a great start in itself. Remember, the mantra is EAT LESS OFTEN. The more you do, the more weight loss you get. Read more here
Meals cheat: I consider a cheat meal if I eat greater than 20g of carbs. A slice of bread has 17g for eg. Fix a number that is better than 20 percent of what you eat so that you have a challenge
Exercise– I am lazy, I have to admit. Especially in winter. Now that spring is here, I need to get kicking. I set a minimum 20 min exercise per day to consider it as an exercise day. It could be anything. For eg., if it’s Hoover day, I consider it as exercise as you don’t do it everyday.
Waist and weight:
Before you start, take a measurement of your weight and waist after your morning duties. Set a goal or if you are starting for first time, leave it empty and see what you get to after a month.
