If you do all these, you probably can get out of your medication within a few weeks. But that doesnt mean you are cured. After a year of following this, I can tell you, my ins resistance is improved but cannot say I am cured fully.

Adopt intermittent fasting. In other words eat less often and shorten your eating window. Here’s a link on how to do intermittent fasting. - Switch to low carb diet. Here you can find a list of low carb foods. Obviously the next statement would be avoid high carb foods. People with diabetes think avoid sugar. And we are good. But do you know rice or bread is as dangerous? Here is a list of high carb foods to avoid.
- Add some exercises. The harder the better. If you are somewhat younger, try hiit. If you can’t do hiit try something less hard like climbing stairs. If you can’t do that either due to your age/ other issues, try brisk walking.
