- My route to office is a small bus ride, train ride and a small bus/tram ride. I replaced the small rides with walking. 3400 steps. 💪
- In office, walked around the floor twice for about 4 times. 275×4=1100 steps
- Walked back to train station-1500 steps.
TOTAL – 6000 steps
