This blog is to show an example of how exercise helps to control diabetes. I had 2 cups of biryani rice a few days ago and the post lunch sugar was 12.7 ( 228) yikes !!.
I had the same the next day but did HIIT training 4 sets of 3 exercises for 20 secs each after 1.5 hours of eating. Total 4 minutes. And the post sugar was 9 (162). Amazing results !!. Try it out.
P.S. I don’t take any medication for my type-2. So this example clearly shows how blood sugar levels behave with exercise.
