Keto flatbread – half cup coconut powder, 1 tablespoon ghee, 2 tablespoon psyllium husk, salt to taste, mix well with 1 cup of warm water and roll in parchment paper. Use a shape cutter to make it look proper. It takes a bit of practice.
Peanut Masala – Mix onion, tomato, red chili powder, Indian chat masala, salt, peanuts, corriander, lemon juice
Cabbage steamed with mozzarella cheese, green chillies, salt and ketchup ( check sugar content- should not be more than 15g per 100g )
